Ideal candidate will have at least two years of RN experience preferably in an ambulatory/outpatient setting; oncology nursing experience is a plus. The highest quality of patient care and the appropriate use of resources is achieved in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. *Key Functions* *Transformational Leadership:* Clinical Nurse must lead others (co-workers, patients, families, significant others) to where they need to be in order to meet the demands of their future care needs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings.
